Basic subscription package includes 6 items per month. These items include essentials of your choosing, with the option to keep items for the next month, or rotate to new products. Delivery occurs during the week of your baby's birth date, once per month. Bonus subscription plan offers 8 items per month, with the option of inclusion of diapers and wipes. Bonus members have the option of rotating items once within the month, including upsizing of diaper sizes if applicable. Initial delivery occurs during the week of your baby's birth date, once per month. Rotation delivery occurs as needed. Delivery available to residents of Charlotte located within 485 limits, as well as Mount Holly, Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson, NC.
How does it work?
Each month near the date of your baby's birth, you will be eligible for a shipment of items. The week prior to shipment day, you will have the opportunity to choose items based on your subscription plan. The following month, you have the option to keep items for another month, or rotate through new items.

How Often Are shipments recieved?
Once per month, from newborn - 12 months of age. You may begin (and end) your prescription any month of age.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel at anytime, however, if you cancel within one week (7 days) of subscription renewal, you will be charged and receive products for the following month.
What happens if I do not choose items for the next month?
If you do not choose items for the month, your shipment will include the following:
1. Swing or Chair (based on developmental age)
2. Feeding pillow or feeding essentials bundle (based on developmental age)
3. Toys
4. Clothing
5. Play Mat or Tummy Time Mat
6. Swaddle or Sleep Sack bundle
What happens if I Lose an item when it comes time for pick-up?
You will be charged the full price of the item, listed in the details on our products page. If multiple items are not returned, you may be ineligible for subscription renewal.
What if an item breaks while in my possession?
Things happen! We will test each item at drop off to ensure its proper functioning. Reach out to our team as soon as you notice a malfunction, and we will do our best to provide a similar item promptly. If items are noted to be broken upon return without notifying our team, you may incur charges up to 50% of the cost of a new item.
